How do I pay for my goods?

Chipps accepts all major credit cards. Visa Mastercard American Express Diners Chipps will also accept cheques:

Goods will not be dispatched until funds are cleared. All payments will be charged in Australian Dollars. For international purchases individual financial institutions will convert to relevant currencies at their conversion rate at the time of processing.

How much is shipping?

Chipps will endeavour to dispatch your order within 2 working days of receiving it. If any stock is not available at time of order we will contact you via email or phone to advise when the product will be available or to suggest an alternative product.
FREE Australian shipping for all full priced purchases over $250. Orders under $250 will be charged the following shipping. Within Australia (see exceptions below)

  • Parcel Post upto 2 items $6.00 per parcel
  • Parcel Post 3 to 5 items $9.00 per parcel
  • Express Post upto 2 items $8.00 per parcel
  • Express Post 3 to 5 iems $12.00 per parcel

Additional charges will be incurred if customers request insurance or registered post. Some bulky items or remote locations within Australia may also incur additional charges. Chipps will notify the customer of this before processing any payments. International customers will be contacted with freight charges prior to processing any orders. Due to freight charges varying considerably it is best for you the customer if we determine exact postage/insurance charges for your order to ensure charges are accurate.

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars. 10% GST will be deducted from all international purchases. Price indications for your information. (No insurance)

What if I need to return something?


At Chipps we want every customer to be satified with every purchase. If it doesn’t fit or isn’t the right colour then its like throwing money away. No-one likes doing that! We will gladly provide a credit note, refund or exchange any item as long as you can meet our requirements. Goods must be in original state. Unworn, not washed and with all tags attached. Goods must be returned within 14 days of invoice date You must notify Chipps of the return by either email or phone and obtain a RN (Return Number) This will allow us to determine if you need a refund or exchange. If you require an exchange we can hold the appropriate product to ensure you don’t miss out. If exchanging products an additional delivery charge will apply. Refunds will only be given on the cost of the products not on delivery charges. Faulty items do not need to meet the above requirements.

How to return goods.

Goods can be returned in person within the 14 days at Chipps Shop 15 The Strand Centre Mt Eliza Way Mt Eliza 3930 (03) 9787 9722 You are not required to contact us first if returning items at the store.. Send via Australia post, at your expense, along with your name and address to ensure we can refund or exchange goods correctly.
